Assemblyman Tim Eustace will visit one Fair Lawn school Wednesday morning to greet students and promote biking and walking. Assm. Eustace is one of New Jersey’s greenest politicians and he walks to work at his chiropractic office every day. To encourage Fair Lawn students to ‘follow in his footsteps’, the Assemblyman is donating a basic bike tune-up at a local bike shop to one event participant.
Bike/Walk is an annual event sponsored by the Fair Lawn Green Team. The Green Team is a boro committee certified under the Sustainable Jersey program that works to make Fair Lawn a greener and healthier place to live and work. Bike/Walk to School Days are a project of the national Safe Routes to School program.
